As much or as little as you require. Joining the community , asking questions, being in the virtual night in, all helps to have that support and guidance
Just yourself in comfortable clothes, no trainers required, you will need a mat on your floor in your space at home, and wifi!
As often as you wish, we all have different schedules and things requiring our attention. The lessons are there for you to dip into when you have the time.
You will have notifications ahead of schedule of the live lessons ( and virtual night in ) so you can plan them in your diary if you want to practice them.
Some lessons will be an hour, some only 30 minutes, and others just 10 minutes.
The library will have a growing number of short movement " snacks" you can learn to do in a minute.
It will be on Zoom, so you will be sent a link to click and join me, grab a glass of your favourite drink if you like! I cant drink anymore, it sends me to sleep, so I will have a glass of water probably! Its your chance to chat, ask questions about Pilates , core strength, pelvic health, breathing, shoulders or any aches/pains you have and we could do a stretch or two if we feel like it! Its about connection and not feeling isolated in your practice. It helps me more than anything, to understand you, so if theres anything that is missing from the lesson library I can make it a priority to fix it.
